全国工商联9月12日发布“2023中国民营企业500强”榜单和《2023中国民营企业500强调研分析报告》。根据调研分析报告，2022年，民营企业500强入围门槛为275.78亿元.

The All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce on Tuesday released the 2023 list of China's top 500 private enterprises. According to a research and analysis report released alongside the list, the entry threshold in terms of revenue in 2022 for the top 500 private enterprises stood at 27.578 billion yuan (about 3.83 billion U.S. dollars).

京东集团、阿里巴巴（中国）有限公司、恒力集团有限公司位居“2023中国民营企业500强”榜单前三位。

根据调研分析报告，2022年营业收入总额超过1000亿元（含）的企业有95家。民营企业500强入围门槛较上年增加12.11亿元。其中，制造业民营企业500强入围门槛达145.16亿元，比上年增加19.44亿元；服务业民营企业100强入围门槛达314.04亿元，比上年增加12.89亿元。

报告显示，上榜民营企业整体规模平稳增长，产业结构持续优化。民营企业500强的营业收入总额39.83万亿元，增长3.94％。第二产业入围企业359家，较上年增加17家。纳税总额达1.25万亿元，占全国税收总额的7.51％。就业总数1097.21万人，占全国就业人员的1.50％。

据介绍，今年是全国工商联连续组织开展的第25次上规模民营企业调研，共有8961家年营业收入5亿元以上的企业参加。

We will provide an enabling environment for private enterprises, protect their property rights and the rights and interests of entrepreneurs in accordance with the law, and facilitate the growth of the private sector.
