国家知识产权局日前同意在河北省霸州市建设知识产权快速维权中心。霸州快速维权中心是河北省布局建设的第一家知识产权快速维权中心，将面向家具产业更高效地开展知识产权快速维权工作。至此，全国知识产权快速维权中心达到27家。

China has approved the establishment of a new fast intellectual property rights (IPR) service center to provide quicker services for IPR protection issues in Bazhou, north China's Hebei province, according to the National Intellectual Property Administration (NIPA). The first of its kind in the province, the fast IPR service center will focus on offering more efficient IPR protection services for enterprises in the furniture industry. China has established 27 fast IPR service centers nationwide.

国家知识产权局近年来持续加强知识产权快速协同保护机制建设，目前已在全国布局知识产权保护中心和快速维权中心60余家，为市场主体提供便捷、高效、低成本的维权渠道。

其中，知识产权快速维权中心面向县域产业集聚区产品更新快、对外观设计维权需求强烈的小商品等领域，提供集外观设计快速预审、快速确权、快速维权为一体的知识产权公益服务，大幅缩短外观设计的审查周期，实现外观设计“当季申请，当季授权”，有利于支持传统劳动密集型产业转型升级。

健全知识产权综合管理体制。要统筹做好知识产权保护、反垄断、公平竞争审查等工作，促进创新要素自主有序流动、高效配置。
