中共中央组织部2025年6月30日发布的公报显示，截至2024年12月31日，中国共产党党员总数为10027.1万名，比2023年底净增108.6万名。

The Communist Party of China (CPC) had more than 100.27 million members at the end of 2024, up by nearly 1.09 million from 2023, according to a report released by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee on June 30, 2025.

根据中国共产党党内统计公报，截至2024年12月31日，中国共产党党员总数为10027.1万名，比2023年底净增108.6万名，增幅为1.1%。中国共产党现有基层组织525.0万个，比2023年底净增7.4万个，增幅为1.4%。其中，基层党委30.6万个，总支部33.0万个，支部461.4万个。

公报显示，30岁及以下党员1227.2万名，31至35岁党员1076.4万名，36至40岁党员1147.5万名，41至45岁党员968.7万名，46至50岁党员904.1万名，51至55岁党员941.2万名，56至60岁党员864.6万名，61岁及以上党员2897.3万名。女党员3099.5万名，占党员总数的30.9%。少数民族党员773.4万名，占7.7%。大专及以上学历党员5778.6万名，占57.6%。新中国成立前入党的5.4万名，新中国成立后至党的十一届三中全会前入党的1230.9万名，党的十一届三中全会后至党的十八大前入党的5980.0万名，党的十八大以来入党的2810.8万名。工人（工勤技能人员）663.9万名，农牧渔民2614.4万名，企事业单位、社会组织专业技术人员1639.4万名，企事业单位、社会组织管理人员1156.3万名，党政机关工作人员759.2万名，学生262.2万名，其他职业人员784.9万名，离退休人员2146.9万名。

【重要讲话】

注重从青年和产业工人、农民、知识分子中发展党员，加强和改进党员特别是流动党员教育管理。落实党内民主制度，保障党员权利，激励党员发挥先锋模范作用。严肃稳妥处置不合格党员，保持党员队伍先进性和纯洁性。

We will pay particular attention to recruiting young people, industrial workers, farmers, and intellectuals into the Party. Training and management will be improved for Party members, especially those among floating populations. We will implement the systems for intraparty democracy, protect Party members' rights, and motivate them to become role models. At the same time, we must earnestly and prudently handle Party members who do not measure up to standards so as to preserve our Party membership's advanced nature and integrity.
