工业和信息化部、教育部、中国人民银行等六部门近日联合印发《算力基础设施高质量发展行动计划》。行动计划提出，到2025年，计算力方面，算力规模超过300EFLOPS。

Chinese authorities have unveiled an action plan for the high-quality development of computing power infrastructure. China aims to achieve a total computing power of over 300 EFLOPS by 2025, according to the plan issued by six authorities, including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Education and the People's Bank of China.

发展数字经济，算力是重要支撑。算力是集信息计算力、网络运载力、数据存储力于一体的新型生产力，主要通过算力基础设施向社会提供服务。算力基础设施是新型信息基础设施的重要组成部分，对于助推产业转型升级、赋能科技创新发展、实现社会高效治理具有重要意义。

《算力基础设施高质量发展行动计划》，结合算力基础设施产业现状和发展趋势，明确“多元供给，优化布局；需求牵引，强化赋能；创新驱动，汇聚合力；绿色低碳，安全可靠”的基本原则，并制定了到2025年的主要发展目标。

《行动计划》提出完善算力综合供给体系、提升算力高效运载能力、强化存力高效灵活保障、深化算力赋能行业应用、促进绿色低碳算力发展、加强安全保障能力建设等6方面重点任务，着力推动算力基础设施高质量发展。
