国务院总理李强日前签署国务院令，公布修订后的《中华人民共和国药品管理法实施条例》，自2026年5月15日起施行。

Chinese Premier Li Qiang has signed a State Council decree to promulgate the modified regulations for implementing the Drug Administration Law, which are set to take effect on May 15, 2026.

2026年1月27日，新修订的《中华人民共和国药品管理法实施条例》（以下简称《条例》）正式发布。这也是我国在《条例》施行23年以来首次全面修订，为我国药品监管体系完善与医药产业高质量发展筑牢制度支撑。
