国家医保局官网发布的数据显示，2023年1至12月，在基本医疗保险基金收入方面，职工基本医疗保险基金（含生育保险）收入16636.07亿元，城乡居民基本医疗保险基金收入10474.59亿元。2023年1至12月，职工基本医疗保险基金（含生育保险）支出11620.58亿元，其中生育保险基金待遇支出1069.10亿元；城乡居民基本医疗保险基金支出10422.53亿元。

医保基金是老百姓的看病救命钱。医保基金使用安全涉及广大群众的切身利益，关系医疗保障制度健康持续发展。2021年1月15日，《医疗保障基金使用监督管理条例》正式颁发，解决了此前基金监管面临如何依法行政、科学执法的问题，以及监督检查程序和措施缺少明确规定，各地标准不尽统一，处罚时自由裁量权较大等问题。国家医保局将强化基金监管高压态势，发挥好治理医药领域腐败问题的“探照灯”作用，联合多部门聚焦重点领域开展专项治理。
