12月14日，国家主席习近平在第十五届中国－拉美企业家高峰会开幕式上发表书面致辞。习近平指出，中国将坚持对外开放的基本国策，坚定奉行互利共赢的开放战略，坚持经济全球化正确方向，不断以中国新发展为世界提供新机遇，推动建设开放型世界经济，更好惠及包括拉美和加勒比国家在内的各国人民。

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday delivered a written speech at the opening ceremony of the 15th China-Latin America Entrepreneurs Summit. Xi pointed out that China will adhere to the basic national policy of opening up, firmly pursue a win-win strategy of opening-up, keep to the right direction of economic globalization, continue to provide new opportunities for the world with China's new development, promote the building of an open world economy, and deliver more benefits to the people of all countries including Latin American and Caribbean countries (LAC).

【知识点】

中国-拉美企业家高峰会于2007年由中国贸促会倡导创立，是中国首个面向拉美和加勒比地区的经贸合作促进机制性平台。峰会每年在中国和拉美国家轮流举办，迄今已在中国、智利、哥伦比亚、秘鲁、哥斯达黎加、墨西哥、乌拉圭、巴拿马举办了十四届，被誉为“中拉务实合作的旗舰品牌”。

第十五届中国-拉美企业家高峰会在厄瓜多尔举办。本届峰会议题涉及中拉基础设施和金融合作、开放创新、数字经济和跨境电子商务等。除开幕式和全体会议外，将举办多场平行会议、商务对接会等活动。中拉各国政府高级别官员、工商界代表、专家学者等各界人士将出席峰会。

据中方统计，2021年中国与拉美贸易额首次突破4000亿美元大关，达到4516亿美元，同比增长41.1%。今年前7个月，中拉贸易额2828亿美元，同比增长14.4%。截至2020年，中国对拉美直接投资存量达6298亿美元。

【重要讲话】

中国－拉美企业家高峰会创立15年来，坚持以服务企业为本，为促进中拉经贸合作、深化中拉人文交流发挥了重要作用。中拉关系已经进入平等、互利、创新、开放、惠民的新时代。工商界是促进中拉务实合作的生力军，也是中拉关系发展的建设者和受益者。

Since its inception 15 years ago, the China-Latin America Entrepreneurs Summit, with a focus on serving enterprises, has played an important role in promoting China-Latin America economic and trade cooperation, as well as deepening bilateral people-to-people exchanges. China-Latin America relations have entered a new era of equality, mutual benefit, innovation, openness and shared benefits. The business community is a new force for China-Latin America practical cooperation, as well as a builder and beneficiary of the growth of bilateral ties.
