根据人社部和财政部联合印发的通知，2020年全国将招募3.2万名高校毕业生到基层从事支教、支农、支医和扶贫等服务，较2019年增加5000人。
China will hire 32,000 college graduates this year for community-level posts in education, agriculture, health care and poverty relief. The figure is up by 5,000 from last year, according to a circular jointly released by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance.

【知识点】
“三支一扶”是指高校毕业生到农村基层从事支农、支教、支医和扶贫工作。自2006年国家启动“三支一扶”计划以来，目前已有近40万高校毕业生扎根基层。党的十八大以来，招募岗位向扶贫服务岗位倾斜，招募范围向深贫地区特别是“三区三州”倾斜，招募人员向建档立卡贫困家庭毕业生等困难群体倾斜。近年来，80%以上的“三支一扶”人员服务于中西部地区，近80%的期满人员继续留在基层工作。“三支一扶”人员在基层经受了锻炼，增长了才干，不少人已经成长为业务骨干或行业带头人。通过“三支一扶”计划的示范引领作用，高校毕业生认识到基层同样大有可为、大有作为，近年来报名参加“三支一扶”计划的人数逐年增多。
