一个西瓜雕成了“一盆花”、泡沫转眼“变身”西施像……在浙江省绍兴市诸暨市,23岁厨师小伙冀伟东的刀工技艺让人惊叹。据了解,冀伟东并没有多少美术基础,但他不仅擅长食品雕刻,还会泡沫雕刻。诸暨是西施故里,他便花了大半个月的业余时间雕刻西施像,他说,雕刻难点在于泡沫易碎,所以对操刀的熟练度有一定要求。项菁 骆少华
