2023年全国“宪法宣传周”活动将于12月1日启动。今年“宪法宣传周”活动的主题是“大力弘扬宪法精神，建设社会主义法治文化”。

China will kick off its weeklong campaign to improve public knowledge of the Constitution on Dec. 1, known as "Constitution Week". This year's publicity campaign will focus on promoting the spirit of the Constitution and fostering a culture of socialist rule of law.

今年12月4日是第十个国家宪法日。2023年全国“宪法宣传周”活动时间为12月1日至7日。各地各部门可从实际出发，在时间上适当延展。

根据中央宣传部、司法部、全国普法办日前联合印发的通知，2023年全国“宪法宣传周”活动重点宣传内容是：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想特别是习近平法治思想、习近平文化思想，宪法，社会主义法治文化，党的十八大以来全面依法治国取得的成就。

据悉，今年的重点活动安排包括：全国人大常委会办公厅牵头举办第十个国家宪法日有关活动；全国普法办发布习近平法治思想系列讲座视频；教育部、司法部在北京举办全国青少年学生法治教育实践示范基地开馆仪式，司法部支持教育部组织开展国家宪法日教育系统“宪法晨读”活动、《宪法伴我们成长》歌曲传唱等青少年学生宪法法治教育主题活动；文化和旅游部、司法部、全国普法办在国家图书馆举办社会主义法治文化专题展览及系列讲座；农业农村部、司法部在江苏省常熟市古里镇康博村举办“宪法进农村”主场活动；司法部、全国普法办在河北省举办“法律明白人”作用发挥工作试点地区交流会等。

【重要讲话】

坚持依法治国首先要坚持依宪治国，坚持依法执政首先要坚持依宪执政，坚持宪法确定的中国共产党领导地位不动摇，坚持宪法确定的人民民主专政的国体和人民代表大会制度的政体不动摇。加强宪法实施和监督，健全保证宪法全面实施的制度体系，更好发挥宪法在治国理政中的重要作用，维护宪法权威。

Law-based governance and law-based exercise of state power begin with compliance with the Constitution. We must remain firmly committed to leadership of the Party, to the state system of people's democratic dictatorship, and to the political system of people's congresses, all of which are mandated by the Constitution. We will better implement the Constitution and conduct constitutional oversight, and we will improve the systems for ensuring full compliance with the Constitution, so as to give better play to the Constitution's important role in China's governance and uphold its authority.
