9月28日，国务院新闻办公室发表《中国的全面小康》白皮书。白皮书指出，全面建成小康社会，是迈向中华民族伟大复兴的关键一步。
China's State Council Information Office issued a white paper on Sept 28 to document the country's journey to moderate prosperity in all respects, or Xiaokang. The white paper, titled "China's Epic Journey from Poverty to Prosperity," said the realization of moderate prosperity in all respects, as declared in July, marks a critical step towards national rejuvenation for the country.
